About the conference

What’s in it for me?
Workshops
Workshops offer delegates an interactive and engaging way to learn and apply key marketing skills. In previous years, we have had representatives from LinkedIn, Microsoft, and MacLaren McCann all lead workshops to teach delegates how to best leverage emerging platforms to drive marketing results.
Speakers
The conference offers an incredible lineup of dynamic and industry-leading speakers through both panels and keynote addresses. Connecting with these speakers will allow delegates to learn how the marketing environment is changing, and take in key insights from some of the industry’s best marketing minds.
Networking
Networking offers a casual and exclusive setting to connect with reps from leading marketing companies. This is a great way for delegates to get a clear sense of the culture at top firms that they are looking to apply to, and this event has directly led to many interviews and job offers in the past.
Mini-challenge
With the Mini-Challenge, delegates will have one hour to come up with a solution to a tough business problem facing an organization, and present their recommendations to reps from that company. Delegates will have the chance to show recruiters how they think on their feet in pressure-packed situations. Past year’s prizes have included iPad’s, Tassimo coffee machines, and Bud Light speakers!
Socials
At the end of the day, delegates can kick back, relax, and hang out with other top marketing students from across Canada at our legendary conference socials.
Marketing Trade Show
Representatives from several top Canadian brands set up booths to network with top Canadian marketing students and educate them about their company and potential job openings.
